About Cassie Hessler-Smith
One of my greatest joys in life is seeing others light up when they are living authentically and creating what inspires them. I believe deeply in the power of good people to do courageous and loving things that make this world a beautiful and evolving place. Quantum Creatives Coaching is a celebration of that expansive energy at the core of who we are when we are at our best...conscious, evolving, and limitless. From this space, we can transform the world into a place of flourishing interconnection.

As a professional coach, I trained through the Mindfulness Coaching School and The College of Executive Coaching. I've worked with individuals who have taken joyous charge of their lives ranging across fields including entrepreneurship, health professions, business, academia, and the arts. I work well with those who value integrity and thriving at work while not sacrificing healthy connection to themselves or others--fueled by core values and heart aspirations.

I graduated with my doctorate from Central Michigan University and have worked as a Clinical Psychologist since 1998. I worked in university settings and then shifted to private practice for over 20 years. My areas of specialization include depth psychology, transpersonal psychology, and trauma recovery. I have extensive training and experience as an EMDR practitioner, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and in Internal Family Systems approaches--powerful research-backed methods which reliably help people transform their lives from struggle to thriving. Sharing in the courageous journey of individuals on this healing path has been a profound honor for me.

As a full-time student of life, I've always been intently interested in understanding consciousness and the process of human transformation. I really geek out on studying sacred wisdom traditions, Buddhist psychology and quantum theory in relationship to creativity and spirituality. My master's thesis was on The Psychology of Spirituality and Religiosity and my doctoral dissertation was on Mindfulness and Its Effects on Racial Prejudice and Stereotyping.
I live in the big nature of Florida...in the countryside near Gainesville with my husband and sons. My spirit is most fed in playful relationships, time spent around water, and in exploring the arts. Yoga, meditation and kayaking are my self-care and I delight in the joyous expression of color through painting and photography.
